Engineered around Lee County’s high groundwater tables, the project began with precision site grading and steel-reinforced framing before moving into rough-in hydraulics for the circulation and feature lines.
The final build highlights custom waterline tile, smooth stone coping, direct swim-up seating, and an integrated multi-tiered rock waterfall that creates a seamless backyard focal point.
